≥95 dB Ultra-Loud Output — among the loudest 30 mm piezo buzzers; clearly audible across factory floors, warehouses and workshops where background noise exceeds 80 dB.
24 VDC Rated, 15–28 VDC Wide Operating Range — drops straight onto standard 24 V industrial rails, PLC outputs, relay boards and security panels; tolerates voltage fluctuation from 12 V to 28 V without damage.
Active Piezo with Built-in Drive Circuit — apply DC power and it sounds immediately; no external oscillator, PWM or transistor circuit required.
Only 30 mA Current Draw at 24 V — low enough that a single PLC 24 V output point (typically 100–500 mA) can drive multiple buzzer units in parallel.
3500 Hz Continuous Tone — penetrating mid-frequency tone chosen to cut through machinery noise; continuous sound mode for steady alarm indication.
Thin Φ29.5 × 9.5 mm Disc Body — shallow-profile design fits into low-depth control panels, door enclosures and equipment housings.
Flange Mount with Dual Φ2.5 Ears — two side mounting tabs with Φ2.5 mm holes secure with M2.5 screws; vibration-resistant for machinery and moving equipment.
UL1571 AWG 24# Heavy-Duty Leads — thicker gauge than typical 32 AWG buzzer wires, rated for longer cable runs, higher ambient temperature and rough industrial handling.
Black ABS Housing, -20 °C ~ +70 °C Operation — industrial-grade temperature range; RoHS compliant.

Hear It Where It Matters — at 95 dB, this buzzer cuts through ambient factory noise that would mute an ordinary 85 dB panel buzzer. No worker misses the alarm.
Drop onto 24 V Industrial Rails — 15–28 VDC range means it works on any 24 V control supply, battery backup, or rectified DC bus without a separate regulator.
Save PLC Output Points — 30 mA current draw lets you parallel multiple buzzers across one PLC output, reducing I/O module cost.
Built for Harsh Enclosures — ABS housing, -20 °C to +70 °C operation and screw-fixed mounting ears survive machine vibration, temperature swings and industrial cleaning.
Heavy-Duty Leads — 24 AWG wire handles longer cable runs inside cabinets and resists flex fatigue better than the thin 32 AWG leads on generic buzzers.
Q1: Is this buzzer active or passive? It is an active piezo buzzer with a built-in oscillator circuit. Apply 15–28 VDC directly across the leads and it sounds immediately — no PWM, no external transistor, no tuning required.
Q2: How loud is 95 dB? At 10 cm, 95 dB is comparable to a truck passing by or a power lawnmower — clearly audible across a large room or workshop. At 1 meter distance, output drops to roughly 75–80 dB, still noticeable in most industrial settings.
Q3: Can I run it from 12 VDC? Yes. The operating range is 15–28 VDC, so it will sound at 12 V but SPL may be slightly lower. For rated 95 dB output, use 24 VDC.
Q4: What is the polarity? Red wire = Positive (+), Black wire = Negative (−). This active piezo buzzer is polarized; reverse polarity will prevent sound output and may damage the internal circuit.
Q5: Can I get an intermittent / pulsed tone version? Yes. The standard BPC2495W100-2435 is continuous tone. We offer intermittent (beep-beep) and slow-wail siren patterns on request — please specify when ordering.
Q6: How do I mount it? The two side ears have Φ2.5 mm holes. Secure with M2.5 screws onto your panel or DIN-rail enclosure wall. The 60 mm leads exit the rear for wiring to your terminal block or PLC output.
