Microphone: Adjust Sensitivity Range, directional , Impedance,Frequency, S/N Ratio, and water/moisture resistance

Customization Process Description

Requirements Discussion and Assessment:

The customers provides details such as the product's application scenario, dimensions, performance specifications and quantity. Our team of engineers then swiftly assesses the feasibility and provides a preliminary proposal and quotation.

Confirmation of the design and production of samples:

Once both parties have confirmed the custom design, specifications and quotation, samples development will commence; upon completion, samples will be provided to the customers for testing and validation.

Sample testing and optimisation:

Once the customer has provided feedback on the test results, we optimise the parameters or adjust the design in accordance with their requirements until the sample's performance fully meets their specifications.

Mass Production and Quality Control:

Once the samples have been approved, mass production commences, with IQC, IPQC and OQC quality inspections carried out throughout the entire process to ensure that every batch of products delivers stable performance and meets consistency standards.

Delivery and after-sales support:

We deliver products in accordance with the agreed schedule, provide comprehensive product specifications and test reports, and continuously monitor customer feedback to offer ongoing technical support.
