Ultra-Compact 15*11*4 mm Footprint — the thinnest form factor available for voice-grade audio; fits inside smartwatch cases, TWS charging lids and wearable patches.
8 Ω / 0.5 W Rated Power — standard impedance matching every mobile codec and audio amplifier; handles up to 1 W peak without distortion.
Mylar Diaphragm for Clear Vocal Reproduction — polyester film cone delivers smooth midrange, making it ideal for voice prompts, TTS, call notifications and short melody playback — not just beeps.
Pre-Applied 0.5 mm Foam Adhesive Tape — peel-and-stick mounting directly onto inner enclosure walls. No screw posts, no clips, no extra assembly hardware.
1.25 mm Locking Connector, 46 mm Leads — factory-terminated 2P JST-style plug on UL1571 32AWG red/black wires; mates directly to standard 1.25mm wafer headers on your PCB.
Side-Firing Sound Port — integrated circular outlet on the side wall, designed to align with your enclosure's acoustic chamber.
RoHS Compliant, OEM-Grade Consistency — batch-to-batch sensitivity tolerance controlled within ±3 dB for production uniformity.

Voice-Grade Audio, Not Just Beeps — unlike piezo buzzers that only emit a single tone, Mylar speakers reproduce speech, short melodies and human voice clearly — essential for TTS and notification products.
Save Space in Tight Enclosures — 4 mm total thickness and adhesive mounting remove the need for screw bosses, clips and internal support structures, thinning your product by several millimeters.
Plug-and-Play Assembly — factory crimped 1.25mm connector eliminates soldering rework on the production line; operators simply peel, stick and plug.
Acoustic Engineering Support — our engineering team recommends optimal enclosure chamber volume and sound duct dimensions for your specific housing.
Full OEM/ODM Flexibility — customize lead length (30–200 mm), connector (JST PH 2.0 / XH 2.54 / Molex / bare wires), impedance (4 Ω / 8 Ω / 16 Ω / 32 Ω), sensitivity and foam thickness.
Q1: What is the difference between a Mylar speaker and a piezo buzzer? A piezo buzzer only produces a fixed-frequency tone (beep). A Mylar speaker uses a thin polyester diaphragm and can reproduce voice, music and multi-tone melodies — essential for any product that needs spoken prompts or audio feedback.
Q2: Can this speaker play music? It is optimized for voice, TTS and notification sounds in the 500 Hz – 10 kHz range. It can play short ringtones and melodies, but is not designed for full-range music playback.
Q3: How do I mount it? Peel the protective liner off the 0.5 mm foam adhesive tape on the back and press the speaker firmly onto the inner wall of your enclosure. Align the side sound port with your housing's sound outlet hole.
Q4: What amplifier can drive this speaker? Any standard 8 Ω audio amplifier / codec output rated 0.3–1 W works — typical chips include NS4150, PAM8303, MAX98357A, or integrated audio codecs in Bluetooth SoCs such as Jer Jard, JL, Airoha.
Q5: Can you supply it without the connector, with bare wires? Yes. We ship with the 1.25 mm JST plug as standard, but can provide bare tinned leads, PH2.0, XH2.54, Molex PicoBlade, or other connectors per your request.
Q6: What enclosure chamber volume do you recommend? For best bass extension and SPL, we recommend a sealed rear chamber of approximately 0.3–0.5 cm³. Detailed tuning guidance is in the downloadable datasheet.
